Adding and editing your unavailability
- Navigate to the Schedule section and click Add Unavailability to open the Create unavailability text box
- On the Details page, select the first unavailable day using the calendar
- If unavailable for multiple days, click Repeat and choose:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| No Repeat | Default option; leave selected if no further unavailability. |
| Standard Repeat | For recurring unavailability on the same days each week. Select days and end date. |
| Custom Repeat | For irregular recurring unavailability. Use Select days to pick specific dates. |
4. Click Save to add your unavailable dates. View them by adjusting your schedule (Day, Week, Month, Timeline, or Agenda)
5. To edit an unavailable date, double-click it. For series, choose to edit the single occurrence or the entire series via Repeat
