To reset your password, follow these steps below:
1. Navigate to the TempRE login page here
2. Click Forgot Password?
3. On the next page, enter the email address that you use to login and click Submit
4. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password
The new password must contain the below:
- Should be at least 8 characters long
- Contain upper and lower case letters
- Contain at least 1 number
- Contain a special character from ~$^+=!*()@%&
Please be advised that TempRE will inform you of the number of incorrect password attempts remaining via the red alert box shown below:
Should you exhaust these attempts, your account will be locked for a duration of one hour. Please note that the account cannot be manually unlocked, and you will need to wait for the hour before attempting to log in again with your most recent password.
