In order for us to process a candidate's P45, there can be no open timesheets, they will need to either be in the paid status, be cancelled or withdrawn if they not be working them.
Either the agency or the candidate can withdraw from the shifts, to action this please follow the steps below:
- Login to Liaison Link and navigate to the Vacancies section
- Change the status from Unfilled to All and add the vacancy reference in the Search by text box and click Search
- Select the relevant vacancy and locate the shifts, tick the box next to the date for the shifts that will not be completed
- Once ticked click on Action on Selected > Withdraw
- Add the withdraw reason and click Withdraw
If there are shifts that are upcoming and shifts in the past, you will need to do these separately
Once there are no open timesheets, you can click here to submit the P45 request. Once the request has been acknowledged, the P45 will then arrive within 5 working days, however if the P45 is urgent, please contact the Liaison Support Team once there are no open timesheets and we can request one is sent as soon as possible.
