Viewing and editing your profile
- Navigate to your profile by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner
- Your payment details appear on the Payment page in your candidate profile, alongside your contact info, professional profile, and related documents
- To edit details, click Edit next to the relevant section to expand it
- Modify existing data or add new info (only certain fields can be edited, please contact your NHS Organisation or Agency where relevant to action this for you)
- Click Save to close the section and display the updated info as read-only
Managing non-critical email notifications
By default, the Enable Notifications box is ticked, allowing non-critical emails. You can opt out if preferred.
- In the Contact section of the Profile page, click Edit
- Tick or untick Enable Notifications to choose your preference
- Click Save
Professional page
On the Professional page, you can update the following:
- Update your professional memberships
- View search criteria for each employer
- View skills and competencies for each employer
Documents
In the Documents page, you can action the following:
- Adding documents to your profile
- Downloading documents from your profile
- Editing documents associated with your profile
- Deleting documents within your profile
