The P45 will be sent to you via email and will be protected with a password of the first four letters of your surname in capitals and your year of birth.
If your surname has four or more characters use the first four letters in capitals followed by your year of birth i.e. ABCDYYYY
If your surname has three or less characters, use all letters in capitals followed by your year of birth i.e. ABCYYYY
If your surname contains a hyphen (-), apostrophe (‘) or space these characters should be included followed by your year of birth i.e. AB-DYYYY, A’CDYYYY or AB DYYY
