Due to the upcoming bank holiday in August, the authorisation deadlines will be changing for the week commencing 31st August 2026.
Week commencing 31st August 2026
- Monday 12pm deadline will be moved to 10am on Tuesday 1st September
- Monday 5.30pm deadline will be moved to 12:00pm on Tuesday 1st September
- There will be no change to the authorisation deadline for Tuesday Bank with Liaison payroll
Health Roster
- For Central and North West London NHS FT and West London NHS Trust, we will receive one Health Roster report for each trust at 10:15am on Tuesday 1st September with finalised hours.
Authorised timesheets that meet the above deadlines will be paid by 6:00pm on Friday 4th September 2026.
Please note:
- Timesheets will need to be authorised on TempRE by your line manager before these deadlines
- These deadline changes are only applicable to payrolls outsourced and run by Liaison on behalf of the NHS Organisation
