Reopening Did Not Work Timelogs
To reopen a timesheet or timelog that is marked as Did Not Work:
- Select Timesheets from the left hand menu
- Filter by Did Not Work, find and open the relevant timesheet
- Toggle the Worked? slider to Yes on the timelogs
If only one timelog is marked, TempRE will reopen the entire timesheet.
For multiple timelogs, changing Worked? to Yes creates a new Open timesheet for that timelog, using the vacancy reference as the timesheet reference.
Note: If you are unable to reopen the timesheet following these steps, please contact the Customer Support team who will be able to advise further.
Setting Timelogs to Did Not Work
To mark timelogs as Did Not Work:
- Go to Timesheets, find and open the relevant timesheet
- Expand all or selected timelogs to mark
- Set the Worked? slider to No
- Click Action on Selected > Did Not Work
If a timesheet has both worked and unworked timelogs, unworked ones move to a new timesheet marked Did Not Work; worked timelogs stay on the original.
