- Open the vacancy in TempRE by:
- Clicking the Go to Vacancy button in the email, or
- Finding the vacancy in TempRE
2. In Vacancy Details, select the Candidates list
On the Available Matching Candidates page, choose candidates to submit. The list shows those relevant to your role.
When viewing candidate details:
- If skills and competencies exist, a percentage match icon shows how well candidates fit
- Hover over the icon and click View Details to see skills marked with ticks or crosses
Filter candidates by Grades or tick Skills and Competencies Exact Match to show only 100% matches
3. Click Submit selected candidates. The Submit Candidates text box shows one candidate at a time for submission. For each candidate:
- Select the engagement type
- If Agency Direct Employment:
- PAYE candidates must have an NI number or valid reason to be submitted
- Limited company contractors require company details before shift can be confirmed
- If Standard Placement, select the engagement reason (Note: Changing engagement type may affect rates)
- Select shifts to submit (use top checkbox to select all) and click Next
4. On the Requirements page, confirm the candidate meets mandatory vacancy criteria.
5. Review the Employee Checklist; update the profile via Edit if needed, then refresh and click Next.
6. Check shift rates from the NHS rate card and update if necessary.
Warnings appear for rate breaches; hover for details. Adjust rates as needed. Editing one shift’s rate can update all similar shifts.
7. Click Submit Candidate
Outcomes:
- No breaches: candidate submitted; next candidate shown
- Overridable breaches: provide reasons, confirm, then submit; next candidate shown
- Total cap breached and disallowed: submission blocked with warning
8. Use Next and Previous to navigate candidates. Click Close to exit
