Creating a Vacancy
- Go to Vacancies, select the relevant section from the left menu, and click New Vacancy
- Fill in the 1. Vacancy Details section and click Save to continue
You can either:- Add a new vacancy and enter the details
- Copy an existing vacancy and update as needed (this creates a new reference)
- Complete the 2. Shifts Schedule section, including any repeating shifts
Top tip: Press CTRL and select multiple dates on the custom range when selecting shift dates.
Setting Up Shifts
On the 2. Shifts Schedule page:
- Select List View or Calendar View
- Turn the Provisional shifts slider ON for provisional shifts, or leave OFF for finalised shifts
- Click Add shift and fill in the details in the Create Shift box. Shifts will appear on the schedule
- Each shift shows key details, including WLI activities if relevant. Click View More to see all activities and units if there are more than two
- Publish vacancies to suppliers as per the selected tiering system
