Creating a Vacancy
- Go to Vacancies, select the relevant section from the left menu, and click New Vacancy
- Complete the 1. Vacancy Details section and click Save. You can:
- Add a new vacancy with details
- Copy an existing vacancy and update as needed (creates a new reference)
- Fill in the 2. Shifts Schedule section, setting up required shifts and patterns
Top tip: Press CTRL and select multiple dates on the custom range when selecting shift dates.
Setting up Shifts
On the 2. Shifts Schedule page:
- Select List View or Calendar View
- Turn the Provisional shifts slider ON for provisional shifts, OFF for finalised ones
- Click Add shift and enter details in the Create Shift box. Shifts appear on the schedule page
- Each shift shows key details, including WLI activities if relevant. Click View More for full details
- Proceed to publish the vacancy or send for approval
