In order for us to process your P45, you will need to have all your timesheets in the paid status or be withdrawn from the shifts if you will not be working them.
To withdraw from the shifts please follow the steps below:
- Log in to TempRE and navigate to the vacancies section
- Filter the status from Unfilled to All
- Add the vacancy reference in the Search by text box and select Search
- Select the vacancy and you will see the shift details
- Locate the shifts and tick the box next to the date for the shifts you have or will not be completing
- Once ticked click Action on selected > Withdraw
- Add the withdraw reason and click withdraw
Please note that if you have shifts that are upcoming and shifts in the past you will need to do these separately.
Once this is done select timesheets and you should see no open timesheets, this is what's needed to send your P45.
Once you have actioned this, you can click here to submit your P45 request. Once your request has been acknowledged, the P45 will then arrive within 5 working days, however if the P45 is urgent, please contact the Liaison Support Team once there are no open timesheets and we can request one is sent as soon as possible. The P45 may show in your junk/spam folder when received and will be protected with a password of the first four letters of your surname in capitals and your year of birth.
