You can toggle the provisional shifts slider ON or OFF to mark shifts within the vacancy accordingly. Shifts starting within 48 hours are never set as provisional, even if the slider is ON.
- Go to the Vacancies section
- To see your NHS organisation's vacancies, click My Vacancies (standard) or WLI Vacancies (WLI). For other NHS organisations in a collaborative bank, click Collab Bank
- Use Filter By to find relevant vacancies, click a vacancy to view details
- Select the Shifts list to view all shifts
- In Upcoming shifts, select provisional shifts to finalise
- Provisional shifts are marked with a Provisional shift indicator
- Click Action on selected and choose Provisional Off
Shifts are then finalised and shift times cannot be changed.
