Editing and publishing a draft vacancy
- Navigate to Vacancies, filter for drafts, find and open the vacancy
- On the 1. VACANCY DETAILS page, edit as needed and click NEXT STEP to save
- In the 2. SHIFTS SCHEDULE section, you can do the following:
Set shifts as provisional or finalised
Add new shifts
Edit existing shifts
Delete shifts or vacancies
Editing a published vacancy
- Navigate to Vacancies, filter, and open the vacancy
- To edit vacancy details select Edit Vacancy. To edit shifts only, click
and select Edit Shifts. Then proceed to step 5.
- On the 1. VACANCY DETAILS page, update details and click SAVE & PROCEED TO SHIFTS
- On the 2. SHIFTS SCHEDULE page, you can:
Set shifts as provisional or finalised
Add new shifts
Edit existing shifts - Publishing options depend on your NHS organisation's candidate sources:
- If your organisation has its own candidate bank:
SELECT CANDIDATES AND PUBLISH to publish to selected candidates
PUBLISH TO ALL to publish to all matching candidates - If your organisation has no candidate bank and works only with agency suppliers:
PUBLISH to send the vacancy to suppliers
Publish to selected tiers or suppliers if tiering exists, or to selected suppliers if not - If your organisation has no candidate bank but is linked to collaborative banks or the Liaison National Bank (and possibly agencies):
PUBLISH TO ALL to publish to all suppliers
