A timesheet can be in any of the following statuses, depending on what has been actioned. See the table below for more information on each status and what may need to be actioned:
| Timesheet status | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Open | Timesheet is open and ready to be submitted |
| First Stage Auth | Hours have been submitted and are awaiting authorisation by the trust or health board |
| Final Auth | Hours are awaiting the final stage check by the trust or health board |
| Authorised | The timesheet has been authorised by the trust or health board |
| Disputed | The trust or health board have disputed the timesheet, please contact them for more information |
| Processed | The timesheet has been processed for payment and is in line to be paid in the next available payroll run |
| Payment Held | The payment has been held, reach out to the Support team for more information |
| Paid | The timesheet has been paid and you can see the expected payment date on the timesheet |
| Did Not Work | The timesheet has been marked as did not work for shifts that were not completed |
| Void | The timesheet has been marked as void and cannot be submitted, please contact the trust or health board for more information |
