We receive a daily booking report from the trust to create or extend vacancies. Only vacancies in this report can be processed.
Timesheet report
- Timesheet reports for Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) arrive Monday at 5pm
- A robot reviews timesheets, disputing those with no or mismatched hours against the Health Roster, adding notes under View Timesheet History
- Approved timesheets are paid by Friday 6pm the same week

- A robot checks timesheets, disputing those with missing or mismatched hours against the Health Roster. Notes are under View Timesheet History
- Approved timesheets are paid by Friday 6pm of the same week
