To offer one or more candidates a single shift:
- Go to Vacancies and select My Vacancies for standard roles, WLI Roles for your NHS organisation, or Collab Bank for vacancies from other NHS organisations
- Filter and open a vacancy to view Vacancy Details
- In Vacancy Details, go to the Shifts list to see relevant candidates
- Click a shift to view candidates with statuses like Applied, Approved, or Offered, shown with a progress bar
- Select candidates to offer the shift and click Action on Selected> Send Offer
- In the Offer Candidate box, offer the shift to candidates one at a time if multiple are needed
- For Limited Company Contractors, untick HMRC Off Payroll rules if applicable; warnings indicate rate breaches - hover for details
- Update pay rates for Bank or Collaborative Bank candidates; TempRE checks rate breaches
- Add notes for the offer email
- Click Send Offer (TempRE shifts) or Check WVR & Offer (NHS At Work shifts)
- Use Next or Previous Candidate to navigate; click Close to exit
You can also offer all shifts in a vacancy or all shifts a candidate is available for via the Candidates list
Offering multiple shifts to a candidate
- Go to Vacancies, select My Vacancies, WLI Roles, or Collab Bank. Filter and open a vacancy to view Vacancy Details.
- In Vacancy Details, select the Candidates list, filter by Employment Type and Application Status, then choose candidates to offer shifts.
- Review candidate skills and click Action on Selected > Send Offer.
- In the Offer Candidate box, offer shifts to one candidate at a time. For each candidate:
- Untick HMRC Off Payroll rules if needed
- Select shifts to offer
- Resolve any rate breach warnings
- View potential savings for Standard Placement candidates
- Update pay rates as required; changes can apply to all shifts
- Add notes for the offer email
- Click Send Offer (TempRE shifts) or Check WVR & Offer (NHS At Work shifts).
- Use Next or Previous Candidate to navigate; click Close to exit.
